Circuit map / Contest Riders / Quad Contest 09 regulations
This race is an integral part of the Mondial du Quad since about 10 years (1997).

The teams are 2 riders, one mechanic, one switchboarder, and accompanists. The formula of the PDV Quad Contest is practices lasting 30 minutes on Saturday morning and the 2 hours race on Sunday morning.

Riders and teams are generally “amateurs”, who love motor sports and want to try the famous circuit of the 12 Hours of Pont de Vaux.

At last for the others, the PDV Quad Contest is a springboard for young talents who maybe will be future Lassaigne, Couprie, Warnia, the French quad top riders as well as an idea of what could be a future participation to the 12 Hours of Pont de Vaux.

Now the regs allow the participation of riders over 15 years of age. In 2009, entries are limited to 80 teams.
