PSR, a company of Pont-de-Vaux, joins "BY REPORT" will be defended by the reigning European Champion Latvian Edgars Mengelis, the runner Adrien Mangieu and Florent Ramel (winner of the 2012 World Championships and 2013). PSR is not limited there.
